Return Policy

Effective January 1, 2012

  • All shortages or damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
  • All items for return must be in original packaging and must be resalable.
  • Returns for full credit must be made within 30 days.
  • Returns after 60 days will not be accepted.
  • Some exclusions may apply, such as perishable and dated items.
  • Special or Custom orders are not returnable for credit.
